About the Team:

The Sales Enablement team at AlphaSense is an integrated and dynamic team that works cross-functionally to drive results for the Revenue organization. We identify skill/knowledge gaps and opportunities for optimization to shape a scalable enablement strategy that improves overall efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team. About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Sales Enablement Specialist to deliver and optimize curriculum for our Sales Development team. This role will be responsible for delivering onboarding programs coaching new hires through their ramp and developing enablement solutions that equip SDRs with the skills tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Partnering closely with Sales Leadership and Enablement HQ this person will deliver high-impact learning experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity and improve performance. They will also continuously analyze sales outcomes and feedback to refine onboarding coaching frameworks and enablement content - ensuring every SDR is prepared to exceed their goals from day one.

  • Coach and mentor who thrives on helping others build confidence and master sales fundamentals through structured training and real-time support

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver and iterate on SDR enablement programs in APAC
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that address live gaps across the APAC SDR team
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to define successful training solutions
  • Track onboarding performance and ramp KPIs to identify areas for improvement and iterate on program design
  • Provide 1:1 and group coaching to reinforce key skills boost confidence and drive early success
  • Maintain a consistent feedback loop with new SDRs and managers to ensure programs stay relevant and high-impact
  • Introduce new tools templates and playbooks that support new hire productivity and drive adoption across the team
