Job Summary

BSA/AML Compliance Analyst: I (Junior)

Miami FL (3 days on site 2 days remote)

Job Description:

Monitors activities to minimize the companys exposure to risk. Activities may include quantitative analysis risk identification and remediation. Represents or supports the reputation of the company to minimize compliance and regulatory risk by resolving issues and ensuring adherence to company and legal standards. Responsible for ensuring that all the companys activities adhere to the necessary rules and regulations and that the company complies with the legal/regulatory statutes and jurisdictions.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Bilingual in Spanish/English (written & verbal)

- 2-3 years of experience with the below industry requirements:

- Transaction Monitoring & Alert Review experience

- AML / Financial Crime Regulatory Knowledge

- Alert Investigation and Documentation experience

- Unusual Activity Escalation and Reporting experience
