Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.

- 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in the real estate industry.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and Tableau.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
