DATA ANALYST

Position: Data Analyst

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in collecting analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to help our company make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources

- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends patterns and insights

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems

- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to key stakeholders

- Collaborate with other team members to identify data needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection and analysis

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and quality checks

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

- Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Excel Tableau)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data

- Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner

- Experience with real estate data analysis is a plus

- Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
