Job Summary

Job Title: .NET Developer / Web Applications Specialist(HTML5 JavaScript AJAX jQuery Bootstrap CSS) 13Years exp

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop and maintain complex applications in C# and Web API for n-tier web deployments.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining modern web applications using client-side technologies including HTML5 XML JSON AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and CSS.
Strong experience with Oracle databases including database design and modeling PL/SQL coding stored procedures packages indexes triggers views and table creation.
Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and application integration including development of web services using WCF dynamic link libraries SOAP/REST APIs message and queue processing and/or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
Proficient with source control and CI/CD pipelines using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GIT.
Experience with user provisioning authentication and authorization using OKTA LDAP RSA and Access Manager.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience handling Protected Health Information (PHI) in healthcare environments.
Experience with Human Resource list management systems following civil service guidelines.
Experience in patient tracking and survey systems in compliance with Department of Health guidelines.
