Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning development and execution of various real estate projects. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets

- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders including clients contractors and team members

- Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

- Manage project finances including tracking expenses and approving invoices

- Lead project meetings and provide direction to team members

- Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project design and construction meet company standards and local regulations

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in project management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles techniques and tools

- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

- PMP certification is a plus
