Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion. You will work closely with our team of architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion

- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met

- Oversee the procurement of materials and services ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality

- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations codes and standards

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

- Mentor and guide project team members to ensure their professional growth and development

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles methods and techniques

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
