Location: Atlanta Georgia

Compensation: $95000 $105000 (DOE) Performance-Based Bonus

About the Role

This is a field-first role where youll take full ownership of your projects from early construction through final delivery. Youll be the one running the job managing subs working directly with clients and making sure things get done right.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Oversee all on-site construction activities including schedule quality and subcontractor coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients leading weekly meetings and ongoing communication

• Proactively identify and resolve issues in the field with minimal oversight

• Maintain daily updates logs photos and documentation in Buildertrend

• Coordinate subcontractors suppliers inspections and job site activities

• Track project schedules and communicate any changes with clients and internal leadership

• Manage change orders punch lists and final walkthroughs

• Ensure job sites maintain high standards for quality safety and organization

• Collaborate with architects engineers designers and internal teams

Experience & Technical Expertise

• 3-5 years of experience in residential construction (Project Manager Superintendent or Builder role)

• Experience with custom homes luxury residential or high-end production building

• Strong understanding of:

  • Structural framing

  • MEP systems (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing)

  • Concrete and grading

• Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and construction plans

• Experience managing schedules subcontractors and project coordination

• Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management software

• Proficiency in Excel Word and cloud-based tools
