Job Description:
Seeking a Principle BSA Oracle Fusion Financial with strong techno functional experience supporting finance and supply chain. The role requires strong integration experience ability to work closely with business stakeholders and support Oracle Fusion implementations with a focus on writing functional specifications and collaborating with developers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders and act as someone who can be put in front of the business
Support finance supply chain and HCM related BSA functions
Work on Oracle Fusion implementations with a focus on integrations
Write functional specifications and translate business requirements
Collaborate with developers while not directly building solutions
Support multiple integrations across systems
Solve problems and contribute as a strong team player
Participate actively and be willing to roll up sleeves as needed

Required Skills:
Strong integration experience
Techno functional experience
Experience in finance and supply chain
Experience working as BSA for finance HCM and SCM
Experience implementing and working on integrations
Ability to write functional specifications
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication and ability to work with business stakeholders

A couple years of Oracle Fusion experience
Experience working in rental or similar industry environments
Ability to work closely with developers and cross functional teams
Team player with hands-on approach and adaptability
