We are seeking an experienced and valuesdriven General Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential aged care homes and lead highperforming teams in delivering exceptional care and this pivotal leadership role you will champion Calvarys mission and valuesbringing compassion stewardship hospitality and respect to life through every interaction with residents families staff and volunteers.
Working closely with the Regional COO you will shape business performance ensure operational excellence and build a culture of continuous improvement across your portfolio.
