Currently were looking for Customer Service Back Office Junior Specialist who will be part of the team responsible for spare parts scope.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsability:
Preparation of quotes and sales orders in SAP system within target and tracking it in CRM systems
Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from orders
Timely distribution of quotes and invoices to customers via email/or customer portals
Close cooperation with sales local customer service team
Participate in potential Knowledge Transfers
Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of his/her authority
Complying with all national labor laws and the employers internal regulations
Your Skills and Expertise:
Knowledge of SAP Finance - nice to have
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good command of English (in both speaking and writing)
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
Organizational talent and ability to handle priorities
Responsiveness methodical thinking openness and willpower
