Job Summary

Location: Warsaw Poland
Hybrid model of work: 3 days in office 2 remote per week

The Global Clinical Supply Chain function is accountable for the supply of medicines to AstraZenecas clinical trials across the world. Our companys portfolio of emerging new medicines means the portfolio of clinical trials that is critical to patients and our future success continues to grow with the aim of delivering 20 new medicines by 2030.

Reporting to the Associate Director for Clinical Master Data Management and aligning closely with Clinical focussed colleagues working in the Axial program you will operate within a process aligned team (plan source make deliver quality and finance) focussing on identifying preparing and creating all master data related to Clinical Program Study and Product Supply portfolio.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Act as Master Data Associate by providing in depth SAP Master data knowledge coupled with supply chain knowledge initially into the Axial Program and eventually in a BAU role. Responsible for the local data identification translation cleansing and enrichment activities required for the implementation of SAP MDG Axial ICSM/Core S4Hana addition you will contribute to the development and creation of master data management processes relating to the ongoing business as usual operation of the SAP MDG Core S4Hana and ICSM Solution.

  • Receive Axial ICSM project guidance and timescales on Data Cleansing & Migration Activities

  • Working closely with Axial ICSM EPLs and Data Designersparticipatein Axial ICSM Data Design Workshops.

  • Support Data Migration Expert on Cleansing & Enrichment activities and enrich in line with local datarequirements.

  • Support anddeliverlocal approach to support Data Cleansing activities

  • Monitoring and reporting progress on datacleansing andenrichment activities

  • Assistin developingrelevancycriteria for each of theSAPData Objects

  • Assistin developing criteria foridentifyingduplicate records

  • Provide insight of the gap analysis on any unmapped fields to understand operational functionality or reporting that is driven from those fields

  • Support the designof local systemdata flows and integration requirements and technologies against the Axial ICSM solution

  • Assistin resolving Data Defects during Mock Cycles

  • Participatein SIT & UAT Testing as

  • Assistin developing ICSM/Core Data Maintenance processes under BAU forClinical Supply Chain

Skills/Experience:

  • SAP Master data knowledge (MDG and ECC/S4)

  • Business knowledge ofPharmaceutical Supply chains

  • Awareness ofGxPRequirementsforSupply ChainMasterData

  • Previousprojectsexperience an advantage butnotnecessary.

  • Proven experience on working anddelivering toproject milestones and deadlines

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Clinical Supply Chain knowledge.

  • Demonstratedgood timeand stakeholder management

  • Experience of communicating complex informationto peers and stakeholders
