Multiple Positions Available:
budgetary people development and operations objectives within the Fulfillment Center.

creation of quality initiatives process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed business plan.
overall safety quality and performance and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers. Measure performance provide feedback and hold Ops Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments shifts and among the network.
closely with support staff (HR Finance Facilities Safety IT and other Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.

A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Engineering Mechanical Engineering Supply Chain or related discipline and 2 years of experience in technical management management consulting or engineering.
In the alternative a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Engineering Mechanical Engineering Supply Chain or related discipline and 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in technical management management consulting or engineering.
Experience must include:
1. 2 years of management experience (salaried workforce or program management) in a global supply chain manufacturing production/procurement distribution logistics or related environment/operations.
2. 2 years of experience using lean process improvement six sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes forecasting planning optimization and logistics.
3. 1 year of cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives
The pay range for this position in Fort Wayne Indiana is $170477.00/year to $182700.00/year.
