Were seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Selling Partner Trust team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager youll identify scope and deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced innovative environment. Success requires building consensus driving results and balancing business needs with technical constraints. Youll break down complex projects into manageable pieces while maintaining high standards for execution.

Key job responsibilities
Drive strategic projects across Selling Partner Trust teams
Lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic multi-team environment
Build trust across organizational levels through effective communication
Own end-to-end delivery while fostering strong stakeholder relationships
Transform abstract goals into measurable outcomes
Develop and optimize product roadmaps focused on seller trust
Balance rapid execution with thoughtful risk management
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
