- Purpose of the Job
- Support operations in area of SAP Order to Cash & Transport mgmt. on S4 HANA.
- Analyze incidents in detail. Prepare root cause analysis & solution to address issues.
- Work with ABI Business stakeholders & Aurora Project teams as part of IT Operations.
- Accountable for functional validation of CD/CI changes Regression testing coverage Integration testing & support project UAT defects Hyper care period.
- Drive critical incident calls from the functional perspective (O2C & TM).
- Support Application performance manager for topics requiring SAP functional expertise.
- Grow O2C-TM Aurora process knowledge with in ITOps. Train junior resources. Prepare knowledge base articles to help deliver upcoming roll out scopes effectively.

Key accountabilities
- Responsible for incident analysis and resolution related to Order to Cash & Transport management process in S4H.
- Work with business teams to understand the issue & to provide timely resolution.
- Own the IT Operations for the said process to ensure no business impact due to Incidents.
- Provide detailed Root cause analysis. Clearly define corrective & preventive actions.
- Follow ITSM process in resolving incidents & adhering to SLAs.
- Create problem tickets & features to implement solutions/GAPs identified from Incident analysis.
- Work with product teams to prioritize features as per the business urgency.
- Own the end to end resolution of incidents while working with technical & integration teams.
- Execute work arounds to manage crisis situations.
- Review the FD TD documents test scripts. Participate in KT sessions.
- Retain knowledge of SAP Order to Cash & Transport Management processes within IT Operations.
- Participate in functional validations & testing as part of upgrade projects/planned maintenance down time.
- Support driving the UAT Key user training & Hyper cares for the new roll outs.
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education
- University degree level or equal by experience combining Information Technology and Business management
Experience & Technical Competencies
- 8-10 Years of experience in SAP O2C & SAP Transport management with focus in AMS/Application support projects.
- Expertise in S4H SD- Sales order & contract mgmt. Order scheduling availability checks Pricing Credit mgmt. Dispute mgmt. Consignment Services.
- Expertise in S4H TM(Side car)- Freight rate S4H & by external integration Freight rate provisioning FU/FO setup Transportation planning & Execution. Freight settlements. Exposure to LMD(Last Mile Delivery) & route settlements.
- Strong integration knowledge of O2C-TM with R2R P2P MDM processes.
- Candidate should have strong SPRO configuration Business process & master data understanding to support IT operations.
- Exposure to global application in an integrated environment. Understanding of custom solutions workflow approvals BRF Basis ABAP Debug from functional perspective.
- Experience in Incident management involving complex integrated system landscape.
- Good understanding of SAP Fiori usage for running business processes in S4H.
- Experience working on change & problem management. Usage of SNOW Azure Devops solution manager for u
