Job Summary

An established and reputable organisation within the hygiene and services sector is seeking a proactive customercentric Receptionist / Telesales Agent. The ideal candidate will be confident targetdriven and passionate about building strong customer relationships while effectively contributing to sales growth and administrative efficiency.


Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Sales-related accreditation/certification advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a telesales environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and explain product/service offerings clearly
  • Basic understanding of market trends and customer needs

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Attain branch budget requirements including GP% targets
  • Liaise with customers and promote the full product/service range
  • Focus on assigned markets and meet set call ratios
  • Generate quotations and invoices for customers
  • Grow and retain the existing customer base
  • Follow up on deliveries quotations and customer queries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and file documentation appropriately
  • Manage time effectively and plan daily activities using the CRM system
