Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Overview
This position is responsible for providing HR administrative support to the associates and management team. This position will work closely with the HR corporate support team and will serve as an administrator for various support functions.
Responsibilities
- Support location by performing such functions as processing one-time bonus payments and merit increases facilitate aspects of onboarding including ID badge processing perform audits regarding temporary employee usage and reviewing timecards for hourly employees
- Support company by providing reports and tracking various requirements such as pre-employment testing I-9 processing work authorization expirations
- Administer tool for state specific labor postings and handouts and communicate to appropriate departments and leaders
- Update data within third party platforms such as user groups current documents current contact lists
- Liaise between locations and vendors for questions process updates and troubleshooting
- Assist with benefits questions and discount testing
- Maintain associate files and necessary HR reports and dashboards
- Handle the administration and coordination of associate communications
- Be a resource for associate issues and concerns take notes document
- Review time and attendance and submit for weekly hourly payroll submission
- Other administrativeduties as necessary
Education/Experience
- High school degree or GED
- Clerical/Administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word Excel Outlook) and excellent data entry skills
- Experience working with complex information systems- Kronos Workday and/or other similar systems experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal
- Must be extremely organized detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task in an environment with changing priorities
- Although primarily a day job may work additional hours and overtime as needed
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality required
