Job Summary

  • Ventra Health is seeking a Program Management Analyst with excellent analyticalcommunicationandsoftware skillstosupport the design implementation and managementofnewbusinesssystems and processes used bya wide range of Ventra Stakeholders.

Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Work with the business to gather information and developsystemrequirements and mockups forkeyworkflows
  • Work with the business to gather information and developsystemrequirements and mockups for reports and dashboards
  • Work with vendor teams toassistin the design andbuildofrule-basedworkflows automationreporting packages and dashboards
  • Understand business processes and produce process flow diagrams
  • Liaise with the business to help understand and answersystemrelated questionsandtroubleshootissues
  • Prioritizeand manage asignificant volume of escalation inflow ensuring issues are triagedroutedand resolvedin a timely manner
  • Manage reporting and dashboards to ensure continuous transparency to stakeholders at various levels
  • Adapt system configurationsbased onidentifiedbusiness needs
  • Coordinate testing scenarios for system changes and enhancements and work with teams to move changes to production
  • Ensure proper change management for system changes as well at attend Governance meetings.
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelors or equivalent training
  • At least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience. Must include experience working within a high performing reporting team
  • One totwo (1-2)years of computer support experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of orequivalent system ticketing platformpreferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge and experience withHealthcarereporting Analytics and Business reportingsoftware
  • Ability to develop and/ormodifyand adapt systems application configurations and programs to meet individually specified needs.
  • Good communicationand client-facing skills
  • Ability to be flexible and effectively work with all levels of the organization
  • HealthCare/RCM/Financial systems is a major plus
  • Working in an Agile environment is a plus
  • Candidates must have hands-on experienceworking in softwareconfigurationreportingand management
  • Ability to interpret and evaluatebusinessneeds and to determineappropriate alternativesolutions.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee multiple priorities.
  • Understand andcomply withcompany policies and procedures
  • Must be able to prioritize andaccomplishobjectivesina timelyfashion

Office Skills:

  • Basic use of computer telephone internet copier fax and scanner
  • Basic touch 10 key skills
  • Basic Math skills
  • Understand andcomply withcompany policies and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook Word and Excel

Compensation

  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location skill set experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
