Could you be the full-time SAP GSI Project Specialist in Bangalore were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your ERP project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic innovative and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in delivering SAP GSI projects ensuring that they are executed efficiently and align with Alstoms global roadmap and standards. Day-to-day youll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as sourcing financial and technical teams) manage project plans and budgets and oversee the successful delivery of critical ERP initiatives.
Youll specifically take care of planning organizing staffing leading and controlling delivery activities but also optimizing delivery models and mitigating project risks.

Planning and organizing projects according to budget scope and governance processes
Defining capacity plans and ensuring timely staffing aligned with skill requirements
Leading projects by managing scope resources and interdependencies
Identifying and mitigating risks while driving out barriers to success
Engaging and communicating with stakeholders to secure support and alignment
Monitoring and controlling project budgets expenditures and financial records
Ensuring adherence to standard methodologies processes and tools

Degree in engineering preferably in information technology
Over all 6yrs 35 years of experience in project management (certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred)
Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems particularly SAP
Proven experience in managing large-scale or global programs
Excellent communication leadership and change management skills
Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders
Strong scheduling and budgeting expertise
Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
Intellectual curiosity creativity and a results-oriented mindset
