Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your continuous improvement expertise in a global business environment. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll help drive operational efficiency and standardisation across our Global Business Centre (GBC) and D&IS Operations. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Continuous Improvement Leads Program Leads and cross-functional teams) assist in data preparation and analysis and contribute to improvement initiatives workshops and much more.
Youll specifically take care of supporting performance visibility through dashboards and tools but also assist in onboarding and training improvements.
Well look to you for:
Assisting Continuous Improvement Leads in executing initiatives across GBC and D&IS Operations
Consolidating preparing and analysing data for insights and business decisions
Documenting and standardising processes to enhance operational efficiency
Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards trackers and reporting tools
Supporting data quality and governance activities including data validation and preparation for audits
Organising and coordinating continuous improvement workshops training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities

Pursuing a bachelors degree in Operations Management Business Administration Supply Chain Procurement Arts or other related fields
Fluent in English both spoken and written

Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI or similar platforms
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
