[INTERNSHIP] Creative Producer Live Commerce Intern

The Creative Producer Live Commerce Intern will play a vital role in supporting the planning creative development and technical execution of live commerce campaigns for AnyMind Thailand. This hands-on internship offers a crucial opportunity to contribute directly to increasing sales and enhancing brand awareness through compelling live streaming events. The intern will collaborate closely with the D2C & Ecommerce Enablement team assisting with all aspects of content preparation event operations performance monitoring and technical support to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of high-impact live commerce initiatives.

What Youll Do

• Creative Content Production: Prepare write and refine engaging live streaming scripts and segment plans for assigned brands ensuring alignment with sales goals and brand voice.
• Visual & Technical Setup: Set up and manage on-screen displays lighting audio and all necessary equipment to ensure professional quality for live broadcasts.
• Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of Live Commerce campaigns focusing on increasing sales and enhancing brand visibility across various platforms.
• Live Session Coordination: Collaborate with the team on content preparation including product setup and presentations and actively manage customer inquiries during live sessions.
• Operation & Troubleshooting: Support the management and smooth operation of live streaming events providing immediate technical support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues during broadcasts.
• Idea Generation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative and innovative concepts for live streaming content and formats to maximize viewer engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Live Commerce campaigns contributing data-driven insights and recommendations for creative and operational improvements.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications E-commerce Broadcasting or a related field.
• Passion for Live Commerce: Possesses a strong interest in e-commerce social media trends and is a keen follower of live streaming content platforms.
• Creative & Technical Foundation: Demonstrates basic knowledge of video and live stream production work and has fundamental familiarity with streaming software (e.g. OBS or similar tools).
• Attitude & Drive: Exhibits an open-minded proactive and positive can-do attitude with a high degree of diligence and eagerness to learn rapidly in a dynamic setting.
• Communication & Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
• Team Player: Courteous empathetic and capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
