OBF Transportation Data & Business Integration Lead (m/f/d)

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an OBF Transportation Data & Business Integration Lead to join the Innovative Medicine Deliver EMEA OBF Team.

The IM Deliver EMEA OBF team provides both tactical and strategic oversight of lastmile distribution to ensure reliable product delivery from our distribution centers to addition to daily operational support that enables fast reliable and compliant transport the team focuses on performance monitoring network visibility and continuous improvement. The team also strengthens digital capabilities by managing transportation data and leveraging analytics to drive optimization and informed decision-making.

The OBF Transportation Data & Business Integration Lead serves as the expert connecting our transportation operations with our digital and data landscape. You will act as a strategic expert in transportation logistics and digital enablement. You will guide the integration of carriers and new technologies into our OBF ecosystem ensuring highquality compliant and timely data flows. Through advanced analytics and dashboarding you will unlock insights that drive decisionmaking and continuous improvement in our EMEA lastmile network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Govern and continuously improve transportation processes and digital solutions leveraging strong analytical skills to drive efficiency automation and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain business performance management tools (KPI Management On Time Delivery dashboard strategic analytics) applying a high level of data fluency to generate meaningful insights for internal and supplier reviews.
  • Lead OBF data governance with a strong affinity for data and digitalization developing advanced analytics (Power BI) to identify improvement opportunities optimize spending and enhance operational performance.
  • Manage and enhance carrier integration initiatives utilizing data-driven decision-making to automate and harmonize carrier data flows (e.g. OTD ).
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to design analyze and implement new business processes using data insights and digital tools to streamline operations and elevate the customer experience.
  • Govern freight audit management solutions ensuring standardized automated and digitally enabled processes across the region.
  • Oversee transportation budget creation and monitoring with robust analytical capabilities to ensure alignment with business plans and proactively drive corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • Masters degree University degree in Logistics Supply Chain Economics or any other business studies
  • Experience in Distribution Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong knowledge of transportation operations technologies and processes.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Expert user of Power BI and related analytical tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP (ERP2 eWM TMS).
  • Green Belt Six Sigma and/or Project Management certifications (FPX) are preferred.
