Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring accurate invoicing and efficient stock control. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency order fulfilment and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations sales orders and invoices.
  • Manage stock control including stock counts reconciliation and back orders.
  • Place orders with the factory and track order progress.
  • Coordinate and prepare deliveries including courier bookings and documentation.
  • Check instrument sets for functionality completeness and cleanliness.
  • Pack and manage loan sets according to required checklists.
  • Ensure correct labelling and quality checks before dispatch.
  • Monitor and remove expired stock.
  • Maintain accurate filing of sales orders GRNs and related documentation.
  • Liaise with customers and ensure effective communication of updates or issues.
  • Report stock shortages quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Maintain general housekeeping and organisation within the stores area.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Solid understanding of stock management principles.
  • Experience with deliveries dispatch and inventory control.
  • Basic technical understanding (advantageous).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Exposure to accounting systems or ERP systems.

Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic sales and customer service skills.
