Job Summary

Job Title: Pricing Analyst

Part time. Hybrid after initial training. 6 month contract

Location: Hybrid schedule with partial remote work. Expect 1 to 2 days remote each week

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week

Join a collaborative team focused on Execution Excellence and Customer Experience. As a Part time Pricing Analyst you will build cost estimates create clear business reports and keep pricing data accurate across systems. If you love turning numbers into insights and you are fluent in Excel and ERP tools this role is for you.

What you will do

Create and maintain business reports that inform pricing operations and leadership decisions
Compile packaging and turnkey cost estimates
Issue RFEs to suppliers validate costing and documentation track responses and follow up
Apply standard and strategic margin structures to produce accurate pricing calculations
Work in the ERP system to input extract audit and analyze data
Build Excel models dashboards and summaries for quick decision support
Collaborate with sales account management operations project management and vendor partners
Keep organized records of estimates and communications
Prepare update and maintain customer concept estimates
Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs

Process and template optimization

Create refine and maintain templates trackers and tools that streamline pricing work
Improve file management naming conventions and workflow organization

What you will bring

1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data manipulation and modeling
Comfortable working across common business systems. Excel PowerPoint Outlook required. Exposure to Salesforce or SharePoint is a plus
Excellent analytical thinking and clear communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment

Nice to have

Familiarity with packaging turnkey or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of pricing methodologies

Work environment and physical demands

Work is primarily in an office setting with a quiet to moderate noise level. You will frequently be in a stationary position regularly use a computer and occasionally stand walk reach or lift up to 10 pounds.
