Heres how a Marketing Manager for PCL Civil Constructors Inc. within Civil East for our Tampa office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Develops and manages strategic marketing and communications ensuring objectives are measurable and aligned with district priorities.
- Leads the creation and execution of the districts annual integrated marketing and communication plan.
- Provides exceptional editing and proofreading support and reviews content for sensitivities and accuracy.
- Coaches and leads a team of collaborative marketing and communications professionals who develop and execute the district marketing strategy.
- Oversees district marketing and webiste content strategies
- Directs and manages social media strategies to support district objectives and mitigates potential reputational risk.
- Evaluates selects and manages external vendors and partners including related budgets.
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive experience in marketing including a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- 8 years of experience in the AEC (architectural/engineering/construction) industry required.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Create Suite specifially InDesign required.
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing communications journalism or equivalent preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of and ability to manage strategic implementation of all marketing mediums including web print advertising and social media.
- Experience developing and managing marketing and communications as well as marketing strategy and participating in national and sector planning.
- Understands the company and districts business objectives and incorporates them into marketing department strategy and plans.
- Results-oriented with an ability to manage competing deadlines and thrives under pressure.
- Experience managing resourcing and prioritizing team deadlines.
