Marketing Manager Air Filtration Europe (mfd)

Role Summary

As Marketing Manager Air Filtration Europe (m/f/d) youll be the driving force behind impactful marketing executions across Europe. You will design and deliver a wide range of offline and online activities including trade fairs customer events and internal as well as external trainings steering from initial concept through full execution to boost our brand visibility and accelerate business growth.

You will work closely with Sales and Product Management to create targeted content and effective tools that enhance sales performance across every stage of the lead funnel from awareness to qualification and conversion. At the same time youll drive performance oriented digital marketing and turn data into strategic action.

Your Challenges

You will:

• Plan organize and execute high impact online and offline marketing activities from trade fairs and events to customer training and integrated campaigns.
• Strengthen brand awareness and ensure a unified presence across European markets.
• Drive Sales Enablement with targeted communication tools sharp content and structured cross-functional ensuring sales teams are fully equipped to drive growth.
• Keep stakeholders aligned from Sales and Product Management to R&D and Global Marketing.
• Manage and brief external agencies to deliver high quality results on time.
• Lead performance driven digital marketing and continuously optimize via KPIs analytics and insights.
• Leverage CRM and marketing automation to optimize lead management qualification and the entire customer journey.
• Measure analyze and improve customer experience across all (digital and physical) touchpoints.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business IT or a comparable field.
• Experience: 35 years in marketing ideally B2B industrial. You know your way around online & offline activities events and trainings and youre excited to keep learning and expanding your expertise.
• Expertise:
  • Strong project management and the ability to turn strategy into actionable impactful plans.
  • Solid digital marketing knowledge including analytics and marketing technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with handson experience in performance measurement KPIs and ROI optimization.
  • Confidence in interpreting complex data and converting it into recommendations.
• Language Skills: Fluent English (C1). German is a strong plus and will make your life easier.
