This position located in the Colliers Brisbane corporate office offers the chance to contribute to a highperforming collaborative team where youll be supported empowered and challenged to deliver your best. You will play a key role in the daytoday management of a diverse industrial property portfolio ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering highquality service to both landlords and tenants
- Preparing monthly management and financial reports across all properties
- Managing rent reviews lease expiries and associated documentation
- Coordinating work orders and monitoring the completion of maintenance and repairs
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- 35 years experience managing commercial or industrial assets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to compliance legislative requirements and industry best practice
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A current QLD Real Estate Certificate
