About the Role

Werelooking for aNational Business Manager toreport directly to our Senior Sales Manager and lead our strategic partnership with this pivotal roleyoullbe instrumental in co-creating and executing a powerful growth strategy thatbenefitsboth Mondelēz International and Coles.

How you will contribute

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships.

  • Execute the strategy for the customer.

  • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).

  • Optimise the use of resourcestoobtain more profitability in the operations.

  • Develop and mentor a direct report (NAE).

What you will bring

  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles ideally within FMCG managing significant grocery accounts.

  • Proven experience ofconsistently growing revenue and expanding market share.

  • Adept atidentifyingchallenges and implementing effective results-driven solutions.

  • A deep understanding of diverse customer environments go-to-market strategies and retail business practices.

  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills that drive win-win outcomes.

  • Leadership and people management experience.
