Job Summary
Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is looking for a Hospitalist to join ourHoward County Medical Center (HCMC) Columbia Maryland team. Our Physicians and leaders are highly engaged and committed to teamwork. Put your passion to care towards our role as a Hopkins Physician where youll be responsible for providing the exceptional quality of care that our patients expect.
Schedule include mostly days nights weekends and holidays

- JHCP Hospital-Based Medicine HCMC Columbia Maryland
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Unrestricted MD Licensure in the State of Maryland required.
- Certified Internal Medicine (ABIM)
- BLS/ACLS Certification required.
- Preferred:
- Leadership experience: managing a large hospitalist/nocturnist team
- Leadership experience collaborating with Hospital Leadership
- Experience with RVU model budgeting staffing
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Strong change management and problem-solving skills
- Scheduling experience with Q-Genda
- Data analysis
