Job Description:
- Utilize and establish reporting templates/dashboards within operating systems excel SharePoint and other tools.
- Print and distribute invoices and statements
- Assisting with procurement process
- Assist with data entry
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Business fulltime.
- Proficient in Excel for data management
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong data analytics financial acumen and operational metrics drive mindset
- Sophomore or higher class standing with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
- Available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week year-round
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
