Execute self-served marketing campaigns and/ or initiatives across multiple markets (Singapore Hong Kong Philippines Malaysia and Taiwan).
Support campaign channels setup audience segments internal communications and data analysis for all markets.
Educate and nurture paid users through internal campaigns that teach them how to use Carousells products and tools effectively
Measure the effectiveness of each campaign and generate new ideas to improve user engagement and conversions at every stage of the user journey.
Work with the design team to produce relevant campaign landing pages web pages and creative assets.
Utilize AI tools to optimize campaign workflows audience segmentation and multi-market content adaptation
Qualifications :
*This is a full-time 6-month internship starting July 2026.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as you have a strong interest in the monetisation business
Have excellent communication and copywriting skills in English
Comfortable with data analysis and reading
Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently while delivering timely results
Familiarity with leveraging AI to enhance data insights and streamline marketing operations
Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months
