We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility drive footfall and support business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organisational skills and a keen understanding of both digital and on-ground marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Support retail marketing campaigns that drive footfall and brand awareness
Develop and manage marketing materials across physical (e.g. flyers posters) and digital platforms
Strengthen the brands online presence through website updates social media email marketing online advertising and public relations initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations product sales) to ensure alignment with business objectives
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and seamless execution of marketing activities
Provide marketing insights to support product development and market-fit initiatives
Act as the key marketing contact for assigned outlets including conceptualising new menus and developing supporting collaterals
Build and maintain relationships with media partners and support public relations efforts including post-event reporting and media clippings
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
13 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in retail F&B or hospitality
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative detail-oriented and results-driven
Preferred Skills
Experience with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva)
Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics social media insights)
Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms
Familiarity with third-party marketplace (e.g. Shopee TikTok)
