Job Summary

  • Develop manage and execute Regional Go-to-market (GTM) programs in collaboration with local and regional teams for existing and new features

  • Closely monitoring product performance and analyse shifts in trends to recommend tactical next steps for programme growth

  • Support adhoc initiatives to generate awareness and adoption for the programme

  • Work with cross-functional partners internally to drive alignment including Business Category Marketing Design Product Finance and Engineering.

  • Update and maintain the marketing calendars in coordination both internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage internal and external partner relationships ensuring timely processing of invoices reports and ad-hoc requests to support smooth operational workflows

  • Execute promotional campaigns for regional recommerce markets

  • Contribute to weekly dashboard reviews for recommerce pillars

  • Leverage AI tools to synthesize cross-functional data craft compelling GTM messaging automate operational processes and streamline performance reporting


Qualifications :

*This is a full-time 6-month internship starting July 2026.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.

  • Ability to understand and generate insights and recommendations from large datasets

  • Familiarity in Google Suite applications particularly Sheets Docs and Slides

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in using Generative AI to assist in trend analysis and strategic brainstorming

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

  • Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively to solve problems within operating constraints

  • Multi-tasker with strong project management capability

  • Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and can manage working with multiple stakeholders across different functions

  • Keen interest in Carousell and how secondhand marketplaces operate

  • Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months
