Your responsibility
You will own the commercial and technical positioning of our Line Solutions portfolio and act as the primary link between regional sales production sites and customers to secure highquality turnkey solutions.
- Develop and grow sales for Syntegons seamless line solutions across multiple sites.
- Serve as the main contact for regional sales production and customers to support the LeadtoOrder process.
- Translate customer needs into orchestrated endtoend solutions that combine site knowhow and equipment.
- Build application and market knowledge to improve hit rates and reduce project risk.
- Promote innovations and sales tools to standardize best practice and empower frontline teams.
Your tasks
Youll lead the commercial phases of line projects provide onsite and regional support and shape gotomarket positioning to maximize success.
- Act as a reliable technical and commercial partner for production sites sales offices and customers on line projects.
- Drive global line project sales to achieve targets and manage program risks.
- Guide regional sales toward ideal opportunities (the sweet spots) to improve conversion.
- Define gotomarket strategy and product positioning for the existing machine portfolio.
- Initiate and lead development of practical sales tools playbooks and application innovations.
Qualifications :
This highly visible strategic role focuses on longterm project sales close customer relationships and strong crossfunctional coordination and requires significant experience in international sales (1015 years). Fluency in German and English is required; French and Spanish are a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering (or commercial degree with demonstrable technical affinity) and strong project sales skills.
- 1015 years experience in international B2B project/line sales ideally in food packaging automation or capital equipment.
- Proven track record in managing complex multisite projects and driving longterm commercial relationships.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French and Spanish are advantageous.
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills with an entrepreneurial commercial attitude.
- Flexible non9to5 mindset with readiness for regular onsite presence across locations and travel of approximately 50%.

- A gross salary between 85.000- and 115.000- per annum depending on your experience.
