In this role you will manage and process customer orders respond to inquiries and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. You will maintain high standards for service quality documentation and compliance while supporting daytoday operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding pricing availability order status and shipping information
- Act as the internal voice of the customer and ensure needs are communicated clearly across departments
- Process customer orders and ensure specifications pricing product details and delivery information are complete and accurate
- Direct customer requests to the appropriate internal teams and track followup
- Acknowledge orders communicate changes provide updates and manage backorders
- Process credit card transactions securely and in line with company procedures
- Provide all required shipping documentation (MSDS certificates of analysis custom documentation etc.)
- Use the sales order entry system to ensure accurate customer information and interpret quotes promotions and credit policies
- Follow service quality and order accuracy standards departmental SOPs and training guidelines
- Comply with ISO 13485 quality management system requirements
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support business operations
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field ideally in biotechnology or manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred)
- Strong computer literacy especially with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective timemanagement and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong multitasking problemsolving and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
- Professional judgment discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- High accuracy attention to detail and customerfocused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fastgrowing and complex environment
- Demonstrated initiative and strong customer service orientation
