We solve problems and work hard to make products flow in the right direction. We work with internal as well as external stakeholders and we expect that you can keep calm and act with energy and enthusiasm in stressful situations. We are looking for a new Danish speaking colleague for a 12-month maternity cover to join our Customer Care Front Office in Copenhagen Denmark in this hybrid role.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Providing professional level of support to the Shared Service Centers the Field Sales staff and our customers in an efficient and timely manner
- Poses a broad knowledge of Medtronic products processes tools and policies
- Handling orders and disputes as well as more general inquiries
- Monitoring information flows and a wide range of incoming interactions either via phone or e-mail
- Maintaining master data and order traceability
- Exceeding customer expectations when handling and resolving inquiries always striving for first contact resolution and offering a world-class service
- Helping us to meet our departmental goals and Key Performance Indicators in customer satisfaction within our guidelines and policies
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or similar level of education in business or life sciences
- Fluent communication in Danish and English as well as one other Nordic language
- Systems savvy and an expert user of MS Office suite
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure
