Job Summary
- Lead the design development and deployment of scalable machine learning models to optimize vehicle selling and demand management
- Identify business opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into machine learning solutions that drives growth and impact
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy Data Science services and embed them in the Auto1 tech infrastructure
- Monitor and improve model performance in production communicate results with stakeholders and develop actionable next steps
- Mentor and support junior data scientists setting technical direction and ensuring best practices
Qualifications :
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with a broad range of machine learning techniques including traditional machine learning and neural network and the ability to identify the appropriate technique in different complex real-world business scenarios
- Strong background in statistical modeling hypothesis testing and experimental design (including A/B testing)
- Deep expertise in Python SQL and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch Keras TensorFlow) with coding best practices and code reviews in git/github
- Proven track record of managing the complete lifecycle of data science projects from initial design and development to deploying robust models in production leveraging cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and visualization skills with experience presenting both to peers and to executive and non-technical audiences in a clear and unambiguous way
- Experience in effective collaboration you are a natural team player and communicate fluently in English
