Your roleatTransformationOperations& Insights
AstheGlobal HR Process Owner for HR payroll and absenceinourTransformation Operations&Insightsunityou will
Own and govern standardized scalable global HR payroll and time/absence process templates and related HCM modules ensuring clear documentation and continuous improvement.
Lead globalroll-outsand localization of payroll and absence processes ensuring alignment with country-specific legal tax and collective agreement requirements and driving adoption.
Partner with HRleaders IT Global Functional TeamsFinanceand external vendors to translate business needs into system design configuration testing and deployment for payrolltimeand absence.
Ensure process-driven data qualitycomplianceand risk management (e.g. data privacy payroll accuracy auditability) in close collaboration with HR Data Analytics &AIand relevant HR/Legal stakeholders.
Define and monitor payroll and time-related KPIsidentifyoptimization and automation opportunities and lead change managementcommunicationand training for new or updated processes and system features.

Your profile
Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance InformationSystemsor a related field; further qualification in payroll HR or process / project management is a plus.
Several years of experience in HR payroll and time / absence management in an international matrix organization including close collaboration with HR operations and Finance.
Proventrack recordin designing standardizing and governing global payroll andabsenceprocess templates and supporting multi-countryroll-outs.
In-depth practical experience with global payroll and time / absence solutions and related HCM modules
Strong process management and analytical skills including defining and using process KPIs (e.g. payroll accuracy on-time processing query volumes) for continuous improvement.
English businessproficiencyis amust-haveGermanproficiencyis a plus.
