Job Summary

  • Handle all back-office activities
  • Ensure daily phone follow up with clients
  • Prepare control register and send out invoices to customers
  • Provide administrative support to operations activities
  • Liaise with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate the activities
  • Support the organization of events such as trainings of externals
  • Maintain databases
  • Assist and work on various projects apart from main activities
  • Ensure appropriate filing and archiving
  • Ensure the absolute compliance of his actions with the Code of Integrity

Qualifications :

  • CFC Employé de Commerce
  • 2 years experience
  • Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook
  • Fluent in French and German Italian and/or English are a plus
  • Reliable flexible and accurate
  • Team oriented
  • Customer focused
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Scientific knowledge is a plus
