As an Associate Director you will be responsible for:
- Being part of Turner & Townsends corporate occupier fit out team
- Leading Project Management commissions taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- Providing support on major Project Management commissions taking responsibility for service delivery
- Establishing the overall success criteria for the project including resourcing time cost technical and performance parameters
- Leading on compliance for quality safety health and environment issues on project commissions
- Leading on establishing effective project governance processes and systems to be utilized throughout project
- Leading on Project planning supporting the development of the detailed project plan
- Leading on advising upon the procurement of resources
- Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
- Leading on the monitoring and applying performance management techniques
- Leading and advising upon project finances
- Leading and advising on Contract Administration processes claims resolution and disputes
- Directing the flow of project information between the project team and the client through regular meetings and written communications
- Preparing and/or reviewing formal project progress and other reports
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages
- Leading on bids responsible for business development and running a small team
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects of increasing complexity.
- Experience delivering corporate occupier projects retail industrial mixed-use or related real property capital projects
- Confident and able to lead projects in own right but when necessary to work as part of a senior delivery team
- Strong interpersonal skills to train and develop teams
- Robust and methodical analytical skills adaptable with experience leading effective teams
- Experienced in preparing defining and leading on bid proposals and work closely alongside other Directors and other Senior Leadership in the business.
- Professional degree in Engineering Architecture Interior Design Construction Management or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is highly desirable

The base salary range for this full-time role is $125000.00 - $175000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
