Competitive Salary: $83000-$87000 gross annually based on previous experience & education

Job Duties Include:

• Oversee Fairmont Gold operations ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and adherence to Fairmont Standards.
• Collaborate with In-Room Dining Front Office Housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless service and promote Fairmont Gold offerings.
• Manage room inventory upgrades and special projects using Fairmont Revenue Management philosophies.
• Lead supervise and develop Fairmont Gold colleagues maintaining effective communication and service excellence.
• Ensure operational accuracy safety financial accountability and continuously improve guest experiences through feedback and innovative initiatives.

Qualifications :

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in 4-diamond hotel front office operations (asset)
• Familiarity with Forbes auditing processes and standards
• Proven record of exceeding guest expectations
• Leadership skills including team management and supervision
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects
• Operational knowledge of Property Manager systems (asset)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (asset)
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (asset)
• Knowledge of a second language applicable to the hotel/hospitality industry (asset)
