Job Summary
- Import and integrate cost estimates from Excel into TcPCM.
- Create and maintain cost models (material process tooling overhead).
- Set up and manage cost databases and libraries.
- Ensure BOM data from Teamcenter matches cost structure.
- Maintain data integrity and workflow alignment.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues.
- Support procurement during supplier negotiations.
- Generate cost reports and dashboards.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of TcPCM configuration and costing logic.
- Experience with Teamcenter BOM structure.
- Good Excel skills (cost modeling data mapping).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (Injection molding stamping assembly).
- Knowledge of database management and cost roll-up logic.
