About the role
About the Role
As a Waste Management Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy regulatory compliance and operational excellence across waste management processes. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners validating data improving reporting flows and supporting business-critical processes.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented analytical and comfortable working with data processes and stakeholders.
What we need from you
What Youll Do
- Validate and review waste traceability documentation in line with internal procedures and environmental regulations
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data reported in systems such as SIATD
- Collaborate with partners to correct and align reported data
- Verify and validate invoices within internal systems
- Manage and maintain data in internal tracking tools
- Support monthly and annual closing activities related to reported quantities
- Participate in audits and annual visits to service providers
- Contribute to internal reporting and highlight inconsistencies
- Support new projects and system improvements including testing and validation
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
What Were Looking For

- Adaptability in a dynamic process-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in waste management or environmental compliance
- Knowledge of waste management legislation (especially DEEE/WEEE)
- Experience working with SIATD or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Intermediate level of English
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Environmental Science or similar
- Certification in Waste Management or Environmental Responsibility (nice to have)
