About the role

About the Role Product Owner (Comply Loop)

Were looking for a Product Owner to join our Comply function in Bucharest. Youll be part of a dynamic agile squad working closely with the Product Manager engineers UX/UI and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality impactful product increments.

You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical deliveryowning the backlog leading agile ceremonies and ensuring the team consistently delivers value to users and the business.

What we need from you

What Youll Do

Support the Product Manager in communicating product vision and strategy
Own and refine the product backlog ensuring clear priorities and alignment with business goals
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives
Ensure smooth sprint execution by proactively identifying and removing blockers
Collaborate closely with engineering QA UX/UI and business stakeholders
Participate in product testing validation and post-launch evaluation
Support continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in an agile environment
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing business needs
Collaborative mindset and experience working with international teams
