What youll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title: SAP Americas Executive Recruiting iXp Intern Coordinator

Location: São Paulo RS

Expected start date to end date: May 2026 May 2028

  • Act as primary point-of-contact for candidates beside our Coordinators second only to the respective executive recruiters.
  • Schedule interviews and HRBP/ hiring manager activities.
  • Manage candidate and hiring team expectations through the interview process on the protocol and next steps.
  • Support the Executive Recruiting team in maintaining and updating open requisitions in SuccessFactors & other SAP tools.
  • Support on delivering bi-weekly monthly and ad-hoc reports to our North America and Latin America leadership teams.
  • Support on creating executive-level presentations and market mappings.
  • Support the Executive Recruiting team to keep updated on internal changes and relevant topics.

  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program relevant to the role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure adapt to changing priorities and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail exceptional organizational skills and process-oriented thinking.
  • Analytical mindset with creativity in problem solving.
  • Solid interpersonal skills time-management ability and executive presence.
  • Comfortable networking with senior-level executives and collaborating across virtual teams; able to work independently after receiving guidance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to design and build presentations is a plus.
  • Experience providing proactive administrative support to senior executives is a plus.
  • Ability to speak and write Spanish is a plus.
