工作职责

- 持续关注并且收集市场动态变化分析诊断并且根据市场调研结果做出关键决策发现且抓住生意机会
- 区域学术平台搭建及落地设计符合区域特色的学术项目并且执行落地统筹管理多个市场项目且确保它们协同推进定期评估市场活动的效果并根据反馈调整策略
- 区域KOL管理及讲者发展定期拜访KOL基于需求探索制定更适合当下KOL发展的策略和项目
- 基于市场洞察持续关注行业动态和最新技术趋势提出创新概念满足或超越客户期望
- 在团队中积极发挥协同作用推动团队目标的实现和团队氛围的营造
- 内外部树立关键意见形象影响他人更好决策
任职资格
- 统招本科及以上学历
- 医疗行业经验至少5年以上医疗器械或药品或相关领域如医美设备等
- 具备区域市场经验或销售管理经验或市场部相关经验
- 成熟的战略规划及项目管理能力并且具备较强的团队沟通协作能力
- 善于创新和探索
