Whats the role
As a Senior Analyst in BTs Licensee & Adviser Governance team you will support the delivery of BTs strategic plan by identifying managing and mitigating distribution conduct and financial crime risks. Working closely with Product Distribution Operations Financial Crime Privacy Regulatory Affairs and Intelligence teams you will help ensure customers are partnered with licensed reputable and trusted advisers. This role plays a key part in protecting customers strengthening governance outcomes and supporting quality financial advice to thrive. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience within wealth management or the financial advice industry with the ability to interpret risk compliance and regulatory requirements in a practical and outcomesfocused way.
What do I need
  • Relevant wealth management/advice
  • Industry experience and/or tertiary qualifications
  • Curiosity and strong analytical mindset
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Financial Advice Industry Financial Crime Compliance or Operational Risk experience is desirable

Location: Flexible across locations near BT offices Sydney Melbourne Perth Adelaide or Queensland with hybrid working supported (minimum two to three days per week in the office).
