Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implementHealth and Safety programs HIRAC and JHAfor site activities
  • Conducttoolbox meetings safety orientations and inspections
  • Monitor site compliance with safety rules and laws
  • Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
  • Coordinate with safety team and management

Requirements:

  • With experience as Certified Safety Officer 4(DOLE-accredited training). Minimum of 46 years of experience in occupational health and safety preferably in a BPO manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Bachelors degree in occupational health Engineering Environmental Science or related field
  • Knowledgeable inHIRAC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Control)andJHA (Job Hazard Analysis)
  • In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations OSHA standards and environmental compliance requirements
  • Familiar withDOLE OSH standards toolbox meetings safety audits and incident reporting
  • Experience in developing implementing and monitoring workplace safety programs
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments safety audits and incident investigations
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills >Excellent communication and training skills to conduct safety orientations and workshops
  • Ability to enforce safety policies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive detail-oriented and able to manage multiple safety initiatives simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and can coordinate with engineers supervisors and workers
