Job Overview

Support one of the largest financial providers serving U.S. military members and their families. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls to help customers resolve past-due accounts and find practical repayment solutions.

This position combines customer service negotiation and problem solving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with banking and privacy regulations.

What Were Looking For

• • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Preferred four or more months of collections or customer service experience.
  • Availability: Open availability during hours of operation.
