Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning as a Client Care Representative where youll be the friendly voice that connects our valued customers with top-notch heating ac and plumbing services. Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Schedule appointments for HVAC services and follow up with clients as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely service delivery.
Promote special offers and new services to enhance customer engagement.
Continuously improve knowledge of HVAC systems and company offerings.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
Previous experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
